Ultimately TWC dares to become a conduit for people making connections with people, volunteers becoming project leaders, communities being linked in relationships formed as a result of the projects locally and internationally, agencies working together in concerted effort to accomplish more, resources being pooled to effectively support community needs, and service to communities being based on partnerships with the people in their community.
